  10. This installer requires the ORIGINAL disks from Mortal Kombat 2 (there are 3).
  11. The HD-Patched game will need about 3Mb of FAST memory and 1 or 2Mb more
  12. for the game itself, which makes 4Mb a minimum, but (almost) any HD owner
  13. has got 4Mb.
  14. You NEED 1MB of chip memory at least.
  15. I included the old version from my installer for those who want to test it with 512K chip.

  20. - Clean quit option at any time (F10)

  23. It should work on ALL Kickstarts and ALL CPUs.
  24. Report me any bugs you'll find.

  26. Note: I created and tested this package with a A1200/060/50 16Mb, so there should
  27. be no problems for all 680x0 CPUs.
  28. The game was also patched for A3000/A4000 users and a tooltype/argument allows
  29. you to force the game to run in PAL or NTSC (Kick2.0 only)
  30. With the NTSC option, the sound is sometimes strange, but it's really full screen!

  33. When the disks are copied during installation, the pointer freezes. That's
  34. normal cause the game uses a custom trackload routine (copy-protection), and
  35. it does not easily multitask. No checks are done to see if you swapped the disks
  36. or not.

  38. CHEAT MODE:
  39.  
  40. On the screen where you can select between {START} and {OPTIONS},
  41. type "FIONA".  The screen will flash green.  This turns off the
  42. blood.  To reactivate the blood type it again and the screen will
  43. flash red.

  45. Select options from that same screen and type "ZEDWEB".  A new
  46. option (DIAGNOSTICS) should appear at the bottom of the screen.
  47. Select this option and you will be given a list of cheat options.

  49. NOTE: This option only works in AZERTY keyboard for me (mystery...).
